Homework

In Reception homework consists of reading practice of 10 minutes per night. The boys are given spellings to learn on a Monday night in the Summer term.

In Year 1 the boys have homework, in the Autumn Term, on 2 nights. One of these is to learn the weekly spellings and they read for 10 minutes each night. In the Spring and Summer terms an additional homework is given. The homework can either be English, Maths or Reasoning.

In Year 2 the boys do homework 4 times a week and read for 10 minutes each night.
The boys have a Spelling, Maths, English and times tables homework each week.

In Year 3 the boys do homework every night and read for 10 minutes. The homework given is one of Spelling, Maths, Reasoning or English. After the London day school exams homework is given on 3 nights.
