This Monday we had our spring term choir and instrumental concert. Boys playing solo pieces on violin, guitar and piano provided an appreciative audience of parents with a varied programme which showed the hard work the boys had put in during the term practising their pieces to high standards. The singing was provided by the year 1 choir, the combined year 2 and 3 choirs and The Year 3 Singers. The Year 3 Singers started the programme with their usual enthusiasm, singing Consider Yourself and Let It Be. The centrepiece of the concert was the year 1 choir and their entertaining renditions of It’s A Small World and the Christopher Columbus song. The concert ended with the year 2 and 3 choirs who together gave outstanding performances of The Candy Man and the toe-tapping Lights, Camera Action.
