Trips

Trips are a vital part of a boy’s education. Each year there are many outings for all year groups and all trips support the school curriculum. Parents will receive details of trips at the appropriate time.

At the beginning of every year, parents are required to complete an Educational Visits Consent form. In Reception it is a legal requirement to have written consent by a parent, each time the boys go on an educational visit. Parents should know that all risk assessments are undertaken before a trip goes ahead. All trips are covered under the school’s insurance policy.

PGL

In Year 3, all boys will go on a residential visit to Marchant’s Hill, in Surrey, for three days and two nights. The trip is run by a company called PGL who provide various outdoor adventure activities. All boys come away from the residential feeling more independent and with a lot of amazing stories! More details are given at the Parent Information Evening in the autumn term of Year 3.
