Royal College of Art’s Young Art Competition

In January, every Wetherby boy in Years 1, 2 and 3 painted a piece and entered it into the Royal College of Art’s Young Art competition. By entering and giving a donation, the boys made such an incredible difference by raising money for children with cancer, via the team at UCL Institute of Child Health Great Ormond Street, through Cancer Research UK. The theme this year was ‘Journey’ and our boys created fabulous works depicting everything from the journey of a space ship to the mystery of an opening door. We are very proud to say that 22 Wetherby boys had their work chosen to be exhibited at the Royal College of Art – well done boys, a huge achievement!
