The boys in reception enjoyed our first ever trip to Windsor Castle to learn all about Knights! Obedience and Chivalry were the order of the day, being the most important codes of practice of Knighthood!
All classes took part in an exciting workshop where they :- learned about the stages of being a knight-page, squire, knight; tried on costumes and armour and renacted a dubbing ceremony with cap and robes!
The Great Hall in the state rooms was of great interest to the boys who enjoyed looking at the suits of armour and the many coats of arms adorning the ceiling and walls.
